What printing services do you offer?

We offer DTF and UV DTF transfers, custom apparel, embroidery, CO₂ and fiber laser engraving, stickers, banners, signs, business cards and vehicle wraps and graphics from our Clearfield shop.

How do I place an order?

Order DTF transfers, UV DTF decals, stickers, banners and business cards through our online store. For custom apparel, embroidery, laser engraving or specialty projects, request a quote. For vehicle graphics, use our wrap quote page.

What file formats do you accept for printing?

We accept a variety of file formats including PDF, AI, EPS, and TIFF. For best results, please ensure your files are in high resolution and correctly formatted.

Can I request a custom quote for my printing project?

Absolutely! Please contact us with the details of your project, and we will provide a customized quote based on your specific requirements.

What is your turnaround time for printing orders?

DTF orders typically print the same business day when placed before 9:00 AM Mountain Time, or the next business day when placed afterward. Turnaround depends on order volume and artwork readiness. Shipping time is additional. For turnaround on other services, contact sales@utahlaserpro.com.

Do you offer shipping for printed products?

Yes, we offer shipping. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the client.

What are your payment options?

We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, bank transfers, and checks. Payment details and terms will be provided with your quote.

What is your return and refund policy?

All sales of customized items are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

How do I provide feedback on my completed order?

Heat pressing instructions in 4 easy steps

  • Step one: position the DTF transfer on a T-shirt

    Position Your DTF Transfer Top Of the Product

  • Step two: press the DTF transfer onto the T-shirt

    Press

    Press with high pressure for 10 seconds. We recommend 290°F / 143°C

  • Step three: peel the DTF transfer film from the T-shirt

    Peel

    Peel according to the instructions supplied with your film. Test a transfer before starting production.

  • Step two: press the DTF transfer onto the T-shirt

    Press

    Cover with non stick sheet and second press for 6 seconds.
